north end of Whoopee Island was
legendary although short-lived.
Here, away from the frowning, prying
eyes of the Useppa Inn, staff
could mingle with the few rowdy fun
loving guests without any repercussions.
The artist has imagined the
revelers on a mist-shrouded night.
