Florida panthers don’t visit Useppa
by natural means anymore. Those
days are gone. But on two occasions,
Seerey-Lester brought a male
and female Florida panther to the Island
while teaching a MasterClass.
This enabled the artists to paint the
cat in a natural habitat. Both cats
only spent the night on the Island.
This painting shows one of them.
