"Beach Camp"
11x14 Oil on Panel

SOLD

These two hunters have set up camp at a beach on what is now known as Jackson Lake, at the foot of the Grand Teton, just south of Yellowstone, which became a National Park 43 years earlier.
The year is 1915 and our hunters have been searching the shoreline looking for moose and elk.
With their boats pulled up high on the beach, above the waterline, the two can settle down for dinner and recount the day’s success or failures. Whatever the day brought, they know tomorrow will be better.
